Appointments
To ensure we see you promptly, we ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. When you arrive you will notice that there is no traditional reception desk, we prefer to keep your appointment scheduling, treatment discussions and payments as private communication with us. You will be greeted by one of our lovely ladies and invited to relax in our lounge.
Payments
Payment for your treatment is required on the day. We do offer payment plans so that you are able to have the treatment that you need without having to worry about disturbing your finances or budget. Each treatment room is designed so that we can discuss your treatment, payment details and future appointments in a private manner. No more waiting room conversations involving your personal information which could be overheard.
We offer up to 12 months interest free credit with GE care credit so that you can begin your treatment now and pay for it over time in monthly instalments. Please contact us to find out more.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express cash and cheque payments, and have Eftpos and Hicaps facilities. Remember to bring along your health insurance card so your Hicaps claim can be processed at the time of treatment.
New patients
If you are a new patient to our office then we welcome you. By reading the information on this website you will have learnt that our facility offers a different experience from other dental clinics. Our focus is on complete patient care and privacy. Your treatment and comfort are our main priorities.
For us to understand your needs and individual situation we will ask you to complete a medical and dental history form. This will be used in addition to your consultation to provide treatment and preventive care that is designed especially for you.
Confidentiality
Here at Sure dental we have a passion for patient privacy. Not only do we adhere to confidentiality regulations but we also have taken the extra step to provide an environment that offers privacy throughout your visit. You can be confident your details are stored securely and will not be disclosed without your consent.
Request an appointment
If you are a new patient requesting an appointment, we will need you to complete a medical history questionnaire providing us with information that will help us to treat your individual needs.
